Gelber Affe im Großformat

Die MaJo Brothers, Marc und Joe Hennig, haben sich durch die Gestaltung großer Wandbilder, wie z.B. auf der Kiefernstraße, einen Namen gemacht.

Aus der Graffiti-Malerei entwickelten sie von 1986 bis heute ihren Stil, der sowohl in professionelles Artwork, wie in ihre freie Kunst fließt. Eine ihrer wichtigsten Aufgaben sehen sie in sozialem Engagement und sind in der Jugendarbeit tätig.

Bei ihrem jüngst fertig gestelltes Wandbild war das Motiv so beliebt, dass es beim Wettbewerb KommandoKartenKunst der Online-Plattform duesseldorfer-kuenstler.de den ersten Platz belegt hat, es wird nun auch eine limitierte Uhren-Edition
der Straßenzeitung fiftyfifty schmücken. Mit dem Verkauf der exklusiven Zeitmesser wird die Arbeit der Obdachlosenhilfe unterstützt.

ZUR ZEIT WIRD VOR ORT KRÄFTIG GEARBEITET, INTERESSIERTE BESUCHER SIND HERZLICH WILLKOMMEN.

Eine Veranstaltung ist ein organisiertes, zweckbestimmtes Ereignis, mit einem begrenzten Zeitumfang, an dem eine Gruppe von Menschen teilnimmt... . Genau solch ein Ereignis feiern wir am Samstag den 13.09.2008. Ab 14:00 h Kinder Programm auf der Kiefernstraße. Bewohner, Freunde und Bekannte sind herzlich eingeladen mit uns den Schluss-Strich unter unsere Wandmalaktion 5 Häuser – 5 Künstler zu ziehen. Ab 18.00 werden wir die fertigen Wandbilder eröffnen. Bereits am Nachmittag gibt es einiges zu erleben: Ein buntes Treiben mit Kinderprogramm, anschließend spielen Bands aus der Nachbarschaft, ab dem frühen Abend werden diverse Dj`s an den Plattentellern drehen.....Für Verpflegung und Getränke ist gesorgt....Ende offen.!

Thats why we decided to use the old doors from a friend of our mother which my brother has built out at her house...big up to my brother on this way...So we told us, " Let´s built a huge, big, fat frise, the biggest one took at least 3 and a half old doors. AT the end of this trip we were ready with our nerves, but it was worthwhile oneself, and at the end of the night we sat in our room with our own visuals also made of frise...Yep,
